Agent Bulletin
Beginning with July small group renewals, you will receive your renewal materials via our online agent portal, InTouch for Agents . This applies to Idaho, Montana, and Oregon small group renewals. At this time, paper copies will not be mailed to you during the COVID-19 crisis. Although this change immediately affects July small group renewals, it will apply for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis period. We’ll evaluate this approach for continued use after the crisis.
About the small group online renewal system
To help expedite your groups' renewals, we have enhanced our online renewal functionality. It includes the ability too:
- Renew a group “as is” to the comparable plan
- Make changes to the plan(s), including adding plans
- Update eligibility or probationary information
You will receive an email with a list of your groups that are renewing and a link to InTouch for Agents. To access InTouch for Agents, simply follow the steps outlined below.
- Sign into InTouch for Agents .
- Under the Groups dropdown menu, select PacificSource Group Renewal.
- You'll see a list of your small groups along with their respective renewal dates. Those ready to renew will say “Available to Renew.”
- Click on a group to see details for the current renewal option.
- Select the appropriate option for the action you wish to take.
Once the renewal is submitted, a renewal confirmation will be generated and sent to PacificSource. The status of the group on the Renewals list will update to show "In Progress." And once it has processed, it will then show "Renewed."
