Part of being a “members first” health insurer is communicating clearly with members. That’s why we’re pleased to announce a redesign of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement you receive when you use your PacificSource benefits.
The EOB provides you with details on what services were performed and how benefit payments were applied. This new version of our EOB will make it easier to find the information that’s most important to you.
Choose paper EOBs, online statements, or both
PacificSource now has two kinds of EOB statements: single and consolidated. If you choose to receive your EOBs by mail (the default), you’ll get consolidated EOBs that include activity over a three-week period. To access single EOBs, log in to your InTouch account, where all EOBs can be found.
