Laurie Lemieux joins PacificSource Health Plans as Vice President of Administration
Lemieux brings two decades of health-care industry experience
(SPRINGFIELD, Ore.) Dec. 22, 2016— PacificSource Health Plans has recently hired health-care industry veteran Laurie Lemieux as the insurer’s new Vice President of Administration. In her role, Lemieux is responsible for human resources, facilities, purchasing, and printing for all of PacificSource.
Lemieux brings more than 20 years of experience in both health care and human resources to PacificSource. Previously, she was the principal at Lemieux Group Consulting in Portland as well as the vice president of human resources and system vice president of organizational effectiveness at PeaceHealth in Vancouver, Washington.
“Laurie possesses a wealth of knowledge in organizational development and human resources, with particular regard to the health-care industry. Her skills will be an asset to both PacificSource as a whole and to our members that we serve in Oregon, Idaho, and Montana,” said Ken Provencher, president and CEO of PacificSource Health Plans.
Lemieux, who began her duties at PacificSource’s Springfield headquarters on Nov. 28, is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
